Products sold through PDF Store by the following companies are exempted from our standard refund policy outlined below. Sales of products made by these companies are final. For further information contact the PDF Store Support Team.

Refund Policy and Conditions for ESD (Electronic Software Distribution).

Software sold via ESD is subject to different guidelines than that sold in a box. The main benefit of electronically distributable software is that the vast majority of products' functionality and features can be tested prior to purchase.

We make every attempt to provide updated demonstration software for our customers to test before making a purchasing decision. Please refer to the product detail pages to download a demonstration version (where applicable).

If a demo version is not available or you still have questions about a product after testing the demo, please Contact Us to ensure that you are purchasing the correct product.

At PDF Store's sole discretion, PDF Store will refund the purchase price for products which fall into the following categories:

1. The product has been proven to be defective by either the originating vendor's technical support or PDF Store's technical support.
2. The product is not delivered within two business days.
3. Duplicate orders that have only been made at PDF Store.

We can only offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To receive a refund for an electronically downloaded product, you must sign and return a Letter of Software Destruction. To obtain a refund for a product purchased please contact us at http://www.pdfstore.com/contact.asp to obtain a copy of the letter and provide us with the following details:

• Name
• Order number
• Product name
• Serial number(s), if applicable
• The reason for the return
