License Code doesn't work?

If our are encountering problems registering software that you have purchased through PDF Store then please check the follwing.

1. If you have been typing the license code into the registration field, then try copying/pasting the license code instead.
2. When copying/pasting the license code into the registration field make sure there is no "white space" on either side of the license code.
3. Check to confirm that the license code you are using is compatible (version wise) with the software you are trying to install.

When will I receive my License Code?

95% of software sold through PDF Store is delivered to customers automatically upon purchase (so you receive your Registration details instantly after making payment), however, Registration details for activePDF, FileOpen Systems, Foxit Software, FunAsset Limited, LockLizard, TallApplications and TallComponents are delivered to customers within 12-24 hours.

Lost License Code?

If you have lost your license code then please email the PDF Store Support Team with your Invoice#, the Name of the purchaser and the name of the Product purchased. The PDF Store Support Team will be able to re-issue your registration details to you.
